Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 pregnant females for elective and emergency LSCS surgery with written and informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 or more; Co morbid condition; contraindication to spinal anaesthesia; PIH; multiple gestation, haematological disorder; coagulopathy; placenta Previa; abruptio placenta ; Polyhydramnios; Morbid obesity, hemoglobin 100bpm at the time of PAC.
