Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in ACR, CRP and RF in cases of Rheumatoid arthritisTimepoint: 1, 2, 3, 4 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Gene polymorphism studies in the current study will give us severity levels of RA disease in a particular gene which will helps in therapeutic approach for further studies.Timepoint: 4 months;study will provide an understanding about the cellular and molecular mechanism of regimes being used for treatment of RA from centuries.Timepoint: 4 months; The present research on expression of MiR â?? 146a/b, TNFα and IL- 1β would shed light on identifying potential biomarkers for therapeutic approaches in R A in relation to clinical phenotyping and Unani regime and help in understanding their role in Pathogenesis.Timepoint: 4 months
