Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery in the Advanced Trauma Centre operation theater.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal to participate in the study. 2. Patients with coronary artery disease. 3. Patients with pulmonary disease. 4. Patients with end-stage renal disease. 5. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and morbid obesity.
