Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of > 18years with clinical samples growing Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and in ICU > 48hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age group 2. Patients with any infection developed within 48 hours 3. Refusal of consent Patients with end-of-life treatment limiting decision
