Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either gender 2. Patients in the age group of 18 to 65 years 3. Chronic ulcers of various aetiologies such as pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, arterial ulcers or diabetic foot ulcers 4. Ulcers not healing for more than 6 weeks 5. Wagnerâ??s grade- I and II ulcer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Below 18 years and above 65 years 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Wagnerâ??s grade- III,IV and V ulcer 4. Any ulcer with bony involvement 5. Patient with gangrenous ulcer, Carcinomatous /malignant ulcer 6. History of anticoagulant, immunosuppressive, or antibiotic therapy in last 3 months 7. Patient with knownsystemic disease and cardiovascular disorders 8. Patients with bleeding disorder and uncontrolled blood sugar
