Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of osteoarthritis of Knee joint(Grade 1 and 2 Kellgren Lawrence Grading Scale). 2 Willing to Participate in Research Process. 3 Informed Patients giving written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Traumatic Osteoarthritis 2 Congenital Mal Development of a joint 3 Internal Derangement of knee 4 Cases of Gout 5 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of constitutional homoeopathic medicine on Knee osteoarthris. (6-12 months duration)Timepoint: Improvement according to pain numerical rating scale at day 1 and first follow up after 15 days and second follow up after 15 days of the first follow up with physiotherapy.At the end of one month of administration of drug final assessment will be taken.
