Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All genders, aged between 20 â?? 60 years 2. Patients with combination of more than three of following symptoms of URT: Cough, Sore throat, Runny nose, Nasal congestion, Headache, Low-grade fever, Sneezing, Tearing & Itchy eyes 3. Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol 4. Patient showing positive finding in PNS Xray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 DM. 2. Pregnancy & Lactation 3. Patients suffering from acute diarrhea and dysentery or chronic GIT infections
