Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women (Primigravida or Multi gravida) with age of 20 to 35 years who are attending AIIA Hospital for Ante natal care with gestational age from 16 weeks to 36 weeks with signs & symptoms of Mutrakricchra (UTI during Pregnancy) - Sadah Mutrata (Burning Micturition), Saruja Mutrata (Painful Micturition), Muhur muhur mutrata (Frequency Micturition), Adho udar shola (Lower abdominal pain). • Pregnant women with asymptomatic Bacteriurea. (Patients those who are not having any signs & symptoms of UTI, but there Lab reports of Urine analysis and Urine culture are suggestive of UTI.) • Pregnant women willing for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All non-pregnant women with UTI. • Postpartum UTI. • Pre-existing congenital renal tract anomalies. • Pregnant Women with chronic renal disorders, Polycystic kidneys, Hydronephrosis, Impaired renal function. • Pregnant women who need hospitalization for urinary problem with uterine discomfort with urine analysis and urine culture report suggestive of UTI. • Malignancy of Urinary Tract. • Immuno-compromised patients. • Pregnant women with severe anemia Hb • Pregnancy complicated with other medical disorders. • Any complication in pregnancy like Polyhydroamnios, Placental abnormalities. • Pregnancy induced hypertension. • Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. • Pregnancy with thyroid dysfunction, High Risk Pregnancy
