Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - All poly trauma patients who are hemodynamically stable with Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) more than 2 presenting within 48 hours. The AIS will be graded by the Trauma surgeons in ED. - All trauma Patients who have isolated head and neck injuries who are hemodynamically stable - Age more than 18 years - Non-pregnant patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Hemodynamically unstable patients - Penetrating injuries to the neck - Other organ system injuries which does not fulfill either Denver or Memphis criteria based injuries. - Patients presenting more than 48 hours - Patients with inadequate or suboptimal imaging
