Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18-65 years of age, of either sex admitted in ICU on mechanical ventilation and receiving enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal for consent Uncontrolled Diabetes Deranged liver and kidney functions Uncorrected Dyselectrolytemia SOFA Score=2 Patients on prokinetics in last 24 hours Obesity (BMI >25kg/m²) Orbital fracture or tumour Hyperthyroidism and exophthalmos Abdominal trauma or surgery Neuromuscular disorders

To calculate gastric volume following 300ml of water Non-invasive ICP measurement using ultrasonographic measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) Correlation of gastric emptying rate with intracranial pressureTimepoint: Gastric volume, gastric emptying and grading of gastric volume at baseline, 15 min, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours ONSD at baseline and then at 15min, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours
