Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.10-17 years of school going Children. 2.BMI from 5th to 85th percentile( normal BMI range for age group 10-17 years) 3.Children willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Trained/athlete/hyperactive child. 2.Children on medications for any diagnosed medical condition. 3. Children having any previous episode of acute and/or chronic cardiorespiratory illness. 4.Children with any neurological, cognitive disorders or hearing difficulties. •Children having musculoskeletal disorders/deformities.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Vo2 max will be assessed . 2. Flexibility will be assessed using Sit and reach test 3. Cognitive functions will be assessed using Stroop Test Timepoint: The intervention will be given for 6 weeks Pre and post assessments will be done.
