Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with varicose veins based on CEAP classification, symptoms C2. 2. Assessed suitable for practicing yoga therapy based on physical exam. 3. No history of practicing yoga or other exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood clotting disorders. 2. Patients on prolonged anti-coagulant drugs. 3. Active clinical surgery or other major clinically Significant disorder/ disease. 4. Presence of any tumor.
