Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with HbA1C range is between 6.5%-8.5%. Patient with FBS range is more than 100mg/dl. Patient with PPBS range is more than 140mg/dl. Patient with classical sing and symptoms of madhumeh Pateint with H/O Type 2 DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O Type 1 diabetes mellitus Pregnant women and lactating women K/C/O uncontrolled HTN K/C/O mental disorder Patient having major illness of respiratory, cardiovascular, central nervous system K/C/O BPH Patient having any major systemic disease like carcinoma, tuberculosis
