Interventions

Intervention1: Pre and Post interventional study: Two groups will be taken Group 1 will be given conventional physiotherapy and longwave diathermy and Group 2 will be given conventional physiotherapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral or unilateral knee osteoarthritis, Grade 2 or 3 knee OA according to kellegeren and lawrence classification , not engaged in a regular leg exercise program for minimum of 6 month, not taken physiotherapy treatment since past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any surgery of knee, any other neurological or orthopedic condition which affects lower limb, psychosis, depression, taking opioid injections regularly ,Unresolved balance disorder, unresolved neurological disorder, history of knee surgery or major knee trauma injury, hip or ankle instability, excessive weakness, surgery or trauma , hip or knee replacement , intraarticular joint injection within 4 weeks of study
