Intervention1: Myokinetic stretching technique: Participants will be selected according to the inclusion criteria. Their hamstring tightness will be checked. The intervention will be given for 2 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with hamstring tightness which will be indicated by a loss of 20 degree in knee extension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing the participants from participation in last 6 months. any diagnostic cases in neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded
