Inclusion criteria: 1.age 13 to 19 years unmarried girls 2.patients with irregular or prolonged cycle or excessive bleeding per vagina during menstruration 3.polymennorhagia 4.intermenstrual bleeding 5.patient with vataj asrugdara lakshan 6.patient with hb more then 9 gm per dilution 7.patient suffering from increased pv bleeding post 2 years menarche
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of endocrinal disorder like hypo or hyperthyroidism PCOS 2.Known case of bleeding dyscrasias 3.known case of structural abnormality in genital organ. 4.Married Female 5.juvenile Dm 6.patients with pittaj and kaphaj asrugdara lakshan Patients with hb less then 9g per dilution
