Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non- smoker (from at least past 1 year). 2. Age- 18 above 3. Mild to Moderate symptoms. 4. Willing to participate in the study and fill the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to give consent. 2. Occasional smokers. 3. Any acute or chronic condition that would limit the ability of the patient to participate in the study.

The study will provide knowledge about the effect of time bounded yogic intervention on the recovery rate in respiratory diseases(Asthma and COPD).Timepoint: The time points will be at baseline, and 8 weeks.
