Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All the patients requiring rehabilitation with dental implants on both sides in same arch. 2)All patients taken above 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with localized infections in that region. 2)Smokers and patients with any systemic illness. 3)Patients on long term steroid therapy.

Tramadol can be as effective as Lignocaine for pain alleviation in patients of dental implant.Timepoint: The patients will be asked to assign scores for each parameter at intervals of 1hrs, 2hrs, 3hrs, 4hrs, 5hrs and 6hrs from the onset of anesthesia.	—
