Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers without any systemic disease and not taking any medicine since last 3 months in the age group of 20-40yrs willing for virechana and who fasts in Navaratri

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unhealthy volunteers taking any medicines pregnant ladies children Old individuals Person who are addicted of alcohol, smoking, gutka,etc
