Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex between the age of 20â??60 years, fulfilling DSM V diagnostic criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking medication for stress disorder, 2.Patients with symptoms of Unmad(co-morbid psychiatric disorders); on psychotropic drugs four weeks prior to study; substance abuse like alcohol etc.; significant depression (BDI >17); 3.Other medical complications like uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus; •Pregnant and lactating women
