Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 65 years of both genders admitted in the trauma center with severe injuries due to fall. 2. Patients willing to give consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted in the trauma center with severe injuries due to other reasons like road traffic accidents
