Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy young male & female individuals Age between 17-40 years Pravara and MadhayamTwak Sara Purusha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals less than 17 years and above 40years. Avara twaksara Purusha. Taking any long term medicine presently. pregnant and lactating women. History of cardiovascular disorder, Respiratory disorder, Hypertension,Thyroid , Diabetes mellitus and digestive related disease History of drug intake and Alcohol & Smoking
