Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals having age group of 18-50 years Tabla players, suffering from Playing Related Musculoskeletal Disorders at least for 1 month. Individuals irrespective of sex, and socioeconomic status. Practicing Tabla at least for 1 year and for at least 8-10 hours a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Handicapped individuals. Individuals who are contraindicated for Gomukhasana, Ushtrasana, Dhanurasana, Shalbhasana. Individuals having TB of spine, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylitis, malignancy, accidental cases etc. will be excluded. History of trauma – fracture or ligament injury in past 6 months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Participants practicing asanas as instructed are expected to show ower score in VAS. Increase in the range of motion of the concerned joints. Low intensity or absence of Crepitus. Timepoint: Baseline 0th,7th,14th Day

Participants practicing asanas as instructed are expected to show ? Lower score in VAS. ? Increase in the range of motion of the concerned joints. ? Low intensity or absence of Crepitus. Timepoint: baseline 14th Day
