Intervention1: Yoga Therapy: Yoga Therapy protocol will be given to subjects in the experimental group along with standard medical management. The participants will receive guided session twice a week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both Male and Female of Age >18 years and 2. Chronic low back pain ( >12 weeks) refractory to medical management 3. Subjects having low back pain for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal pathologies (infection, tumor, etc.) 2. Spinal stenosis 3. Scoliosis 4. Fracture of vertebra 5. Previous back surgeries 6. Pregnant women
