Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anal Fissure (Anterior and/or Posterior)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fissure associated with 3rd, 4th degree, or thrombosed pile mass. 2. Pregnant women. 3. Malignancy. 4. Severe systemic diseases.

1. Pain during and after defecation (VAS) 0-10 grade. 2. Per Rectal Bleeding (present or absent). Objective Assessment: 3. Healing of fissure Grade (Yes/No). 4. Tenderness by digital examination (Yes/No). 5. Anal sphincter spasm (Yes/No).Timepoint: 35 DAYS
