Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All sick neonates admitted in NICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Full term healthy neonates maintaining oxygen saturation. Neonates in NICU with hyperbilirubinemia only for phototherapy. Newborns after exchange transfusion Congenital malformation
