Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Ages between 20 to 50 years were selected. 2)Both male and female patients were selected. 3)Patients having non-specific chronic low back pain with more than 3 months of duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with nerve root pain signs. 2) Patients with lumbar canal stenosis, PIVD , Scolosis 3) Patients with previous spinal surgery. 4) Spondylosis and Spondylolisthesis. 5) Past history of vertebral fractures. 6) Systemic disorders like tuberculosis of spine or rheumatoid arthritis
