Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Newly diagnosed cases of immunological and non-immunological diseases who have been prescribed steroids. 2) Patients of either sex above 18 years of age attending the outpatient department of clinical immunology and rheumatology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are not willing to participate or to give informed consent. 2) Patients with commodities like immunocompromised patients, psychiatric illness, systemic fungal infection, osteoporosis, diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled, hypertension.
