Intervention1: DANCE MOVEMENT THERAPY: Day 1 - assessment of depressive clients Day 2 to 7 - Second day to day 7 dance movement therapy intervention will be given for 30 minutes of experimental group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group from 10 to 60 Participate who will able to read , write and speak odia / english / hindi Those who will give consent for the study Those having mild and moderate depression psychological distress as per Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clients having severe depression, organic mental disorders and other psychiatric disorders Client who would be absent in the day of data collection
