Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to compare intraoperative haemodynamic stability in spinal versus general anaesthesia. to assess the analgesic efficacyof spinalanaesthesia versus general anaesthesiafor post operative pain control.Timepoint: BEFORE INDUCTION,AT THE TIMEOF INDUCTION,IMMEDIATLY AFTER INDUCTION,5 MINS AFTER INDUCTION,10 MINS,15 MINS,20 MINS,25MINS,30 MIMS,45MINS.60 MINS,90MINS,120 MINS,AT THE END OF SURGERY

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to determine the total anaesthesia time. to observe intraoperative complication in both the groups. to observe surgeons and patients satisfaction. To observeTimepoint: FROM THE TIME OF INDUCTION TO END OF SURGEY
