Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: district level volleyball players practicing more than 6 month. district level volleyball players with moderate to high activity level according to international physical activity questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: volleyball player with ankle and knee injury district level volleyball players with low activity level according to IPAQ (INTERNATIONAL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY QUESTIONNAIRE)
