Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Indian Classical Dancers suffering from Musculoskeletal pain (mild to moderate), specific to Lower extremities. Dancers with approximately 6 years of regular training in Indian Classical dance. Dancers of either sex, aged between 18 to 40 years. Current dance activity must be around 6-8 hours per week. Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) score above 40 (out of 80).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known history of trauma such as fractures, ligament injuries in past 1 year. Any surgical history specific to the lower extremities. Known case of debilitating disorders of lower extremities such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc Participants contraindicated for Abhyanga such as those with Amavata, Jwara, Kaphaja vikara, etc. Known allergy of sesame oil.
