Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patiens of both gender patients having systolic blood pressure between 140-159 mmhg. patients having diastolic blood pressure between 90-99 mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients having systolic blood pressure level less than 140 mmhg and more than 159 mmhg patients having diastolic blood pressure level less than 90 mmhg and more than 99 mmhg patients on corticosteroid therapy for other illness

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
transcendental meditation and amala powder may have asssed on 90 patients using different subjective parameters like headache, vomiting, dysnoea, epistaxisTimepoint: the patients will be assessed once in a month upto 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of Subjective parameters such as lipid profile, CBC on 90 hypertension patients to see the effect of amala powder and transcendental meditationTimepoint: 1 month for 3 months
