Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Probable dengue and confirmed dengue as per WHO 2020 guidelines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of dengue without warning signs 2.Patients who get admitted at or after day 7 of fever. 3.Pediatric patients with diagnosed nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, acute renal failure, tubulo interstitial disease, Immune mediated nephritis. 4.Patients with associated hypoalbuminemia, metabolic disorders, trauma, malignant disease, vascular problems, acute hepatitis, acute pancreatitis
