Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 & 2 adult patients undergoing general anaesthesia with cuffed oral endotracheal tube requiring nasogastric tube placement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having oral or nasopharyngeal mass or swelling ,nasal deformity ,nasal deformity ,nasal polyp,deviated nasal septum. 2.Polytrauma /facial Trauma patients . 3.Patients with coagulation or bleeding disorders (derranged aPTT,BT,CT,platelet count ). 4.Oesophageal varices or oesophageal stricture or history of corrosive ingestion. 5.Pregnancy
