Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Women giving consent for the birthing position 2)All women with gestation between 37 to 42 weeks who are expected to deliver vaginally. 3)Cephalic presentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Malpresentation 2) Premature Rupture Of Membranes 3) Prenatal diagnosed fetal malformation 4) Previous cesarean scar 5) Women having the cardiac disorder 6)Pregnancy with multiple gestations

To look for perineal tears, the extension of episiotomy, duration of the second stage of labour, and instrumental deliveries.Timepoint: 24hours—
