Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Admitted patients screened within 24 hours of admission Onset of fever (>= 38 C°) and cough within last 10 days of admission Willing to give consent for storage of blood samples and telephonic/physical follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases who have been admitted for more than 48 hours for the current episode at the time of screening will be excluded to avoid SARI cases due to hospital acquired infection
