Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy volunteers who are willing to participate in the study irrespective of gender race religion and socio economic status Volunteers between 18-50 years age group Volunteers who had given written consent will be taken under study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who are not willing to participate in study Subjects who has not been fasting since 3 months Volunteers below 18 years and above 50 years Pregnant females and lactating mothers
