Intervention1: Treadmill along with low tempo music.: The study group will receive treadmill exercises along with low tempo music for 30 minutes each with 10 minutes warm up and 10 minutes of cool dow

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18â?? 45 years male and female, Normal (BMI Index â?? 18.5 â?? 24.9 according to World Health Organization)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 18 years and above 45 years, Body mass index is underweight or obese and Overweight (Range below 18.5 and more than 24) According to World Health Organization), heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, people who have suffered heart attack, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic kidney insufficiency, anxiety disorder, epiliepsy42, anorexia, any neurological disorder, depression, diabetes mellitus, active and passive smoking , regular alcohol abuse.
