Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with soft tissue defects of upper limb due to trauma, burns, soft tissue tumors, infection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients not fit for prolonged anaesthesia, not willing for prolonged follow up, under age of 12
