Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals /Non-diabetic patients 2.Patients diagnosed with Diabetes II with reference or standard test. 3.HbA1C >6.5% 4.PPBS >180mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Who is not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients in emergency condition / post operative hospitalised patients. 3.Vulnerable people (pregnant women, children, geriatric).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of Naadi in diagnosis of Madhumegam (Diabetes II) will be calculated. Timepoint: 1 year and 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Different Naadi patterns observed in complications in Madhumegam(Diabetics II), if any; will be documented. Timepoint: 1 year and 6 months
