Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient presenting with sign and symptom of Vataja Kasa. 2.Absolute Eosinophilia count more than 400 cells /cumm in the peripheral blood smear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients having complaints of carcinoma of respiratory system , pulmonary tuberculosis ,pleurisy , lung collapse ,ILD , pneumonia , pneumothorax . 2.Troical Pulmonary Eosinophila with complication / secondary infection / asthma syndromes are excluded . 3.patient suffering from disease like bronchical asthma , pneumonia , other eosinophilic lung and on going treatment of tropical pulmonary Eosinophilia are excluded. 4.patients having chief complaints of vataja kasa ( tropical pulmonary eosinophilia ) more than 2 years and having history of and depending on steriods , bronchodilator drug history .

Decrease the Eosinophil countTimepoint: 21 days .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in TLC , DLC , HB% , decrease in Eosinophil count by 2-3 units.Timepoint: 21 days
