Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Size of peptic perforation from 1 to 2 cm in diameter Age above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peptic perforation of size less than 1 cm and more than 2 cm in diameter Malignant peptic ulcer Pregnant women Multiple perforations Past history of operation for peptic ulcer perforation
