Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to hospital for new onset (DE NOVA) HF in-patient with or without any co-morbidity requiring admission. 2.Patients willing to give informed consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Heart failure patient admitted more than once with Heart failure 2. Heart failure patient with structural heart defect like valvular heart defect or arrhythmias. 3. Heart failure patient who has been under gone cardiac intervention like PCI, Pacemaker or ICD, valvular plasty and Post CABGâ?¦etc. 4. Pregnant and lactating women.

Estimation of Drugs prescribed according to WHO core prescription indicator Estimation of Drugs prescribed according to the Essential Drug List of the Rajasthan Estimation of Injectable drugs prescribed at the time of discharge.Timepoint: 24 weeks

Estimation of Antibiotic prescribed at the time of discharge Estimation of polypharmacy and combination drugs at the time of discharge. Timepoint: 6 months
