Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult college students of age group 18-24 With Regular Menstrual Cycle Diagnosed Case of Primary Dysmenorrhea with pain score more than 4 in NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating Mothers Women with BMI >30 Women with chronic Genito-urinary conditions Women with Secondary Dysmenorrhea Chronic Health Conditions ( Metabolic disorders, Diabetes, Hormonal Dysfunctions ) Orthopaedic Conditions ( Recent fractures, Connective Tissue Injury ) Women who participate in sporting activities Regular Contraceptive Use, (IUD/OCP)
