Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed case/previously diagnosed case of Ankylosing Spondylitis, Reactive Arthritis and Undifferentiated Arthritis 2. Age more than 18 years 3. Those who give consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mother 2.Associated with other overlapping inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue disease 3. Active infection (e.g., Hepatitis B/C, HIV & others) 4. Malignancy
