Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for PMDD according to DSM 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patient on contr aceptives. 3. Patient suffering from any major systemic disease requiring significant care. 4. Patient with serious suicidal & Homicidal risk, 5. Patient having any kind of substance or alcohol dependence. 6. Patient suffering from any other psychiatric disorder

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)Relief in clinical sign and symptoms of PMDD. 2)Improvement in PSST scores by 25%.Timepoint: 2 months intervention and 2 months follow up

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Fulfill the standard parameters of API and AFI for collected raw drug (shankhpushpi) and finished products (shankpushpi ghanavati)Timepoint: 2 months
