Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Presence of corneal ulcer: defined as a corneal epithelial defect with underlying corneal infiltrate and signs of acute inflammation b) Appropriate written and informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Less than 18 years b) No consent c) Suspected viral, acanthamoeba or mixed keratitis cases d) Microbial Keratitis in both eyes e) Use of steroids or anti-microbials for other conditions
