Intervention1: Dalk-i-Layyin Kaseer (Soft and Prolonged Massage)) with Roghan Malkangni: Subjects in test group will undergo 15 sittings of Dalk-i- layyin Kaseer daily for 15 days.Duration of massage

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically and radiologically diagnosed patients of Waja-ur-Raqaba 2. Age between 20 -65years 3. All genders 4. VAS score for pain not less than 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical trauma or injury 2. Raw skin lesion on neck 3. Any post healed cervical fracture 4. All types of arthritis except osteoarthritis 5. Congenital spinal deformity 6. Spinal tumour or cancer 7. Patients undergoing any systemic medical or surgical or physical therapy for cervical radiculopathy 8. Systemic illness e.g., epilepsy, liver, kidney, cardiac and pulmonary diseases 9. Patients taking Corticosteroids, including oral corticosteroid within 14 days, intramuscular corticosteroid within 30 days, Intra-articular corticosteroid into the cervical region within 90 days, and ongoing use of topical corticosteroid at the site of application. 10. Cervical rib syndrome 11. Unwillingness or inability to comply the requirements of the protocol
