Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in age group of 18-42 years with regular cycles (21-35 days) with MBL > 80 ml and DOB >7 days for 2 out of 3 consecutive cycles Patients with PBAC score >1001 Patients with thickened endometrium and adenomyosis Patients with uterine fibroid Patient with non-specific cause of HMB Patient with mild to moderate anemia with iron supplementation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: HTN, DM & Thyroid dysfunction Bleeding disorders, severe anemia (Hb Surgical causes of HMB H/o hormonal contraceptives in last 3 months
